Job Purpose
Primary role, to provide technical support for the local, UAE market for the ENOC range of Lubricants.
Secondary to assist in technical support for the International market.
Principal Accountabilities
Respond to direct requests for technical support from EPPCO Lubricants & ENOC sales team in UAE.
Where appropriate accompany EL ENOC sales team in response to request.. Provide Training for staff and upon request clients in the UAE market.
Control the activities of the used oil analysis service and provide diagnosis for same.
Direct and support the application of field testing for Lubricants.
Develop and maintain Lubricants technical training materials.
Provide technical input for marketing related activities as requested, and where appropriate.
Establish and maintain level of product awareness for EL ENOC sales staff.
Handle all technical complaints, analyze and recommend solutions.
Provide the above support services for the EISL International sales team as and when required by Manager – Lubricants Technology.
Perform any other duties assigned by Manager – Lubricants Technology.

Experience
Education Qualification & Experience
BS in Chemical Engineering 5+ years in Industrial Commercial Lubricants
MS Office Suit, Power Point WWW. Fluency in English both oral and written
second language an advantage.
Strong and Analytical ability and negotiating skills.
An Aptitude for complex mechanical operations would be a preffered skills.
