Job Purpose

Responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations to achieve efficient fuel delivery operation to Retail, ECIP, EB and Aviation customers, ensuring cost effective utilisation of the distribution resources including the drivers and trucks.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Review of daily fuel movements through road tankers to customers, by analysing efficiency through automated processes within SAP & LomoSoft.
2. Ensure customer and stakeholder satisfaction for Retail, ECIP and aviation customers through prompt deliveries, meeting the quality and safety standards of ENOC as well as customer expectations.
3. Works in close coordination with Operations Manager to analyse budgeted volumes by various business to project resource augmentation, fleet and manpower.
4. Evaluates quality, quantity, cost and efficiency with regards to transportation and movement to various business through monthly analysis of key performance reports and support to improve fleet utilization.
5. Support loading terminals with balancing daily shipment volumes verses actual flowmeter readings to ensure accurate inventory reporting within SAP
6. Ensures all diversions and updated into SAP before month end inventory closing is completed

Additional Principal Accountabilities

7. Enters non-shipment related fees into SAP for billing at the end of the month

8. Manages the monthly invoicing process to ensure HETL Distribution services to Retail, ECIP, EB and Aviation including third party fuel transporters are adequately billed, and invoices issued

9. Conduct monthly, weekly meeting for HDD and staff for feedback and instructions to ensure up / down communication and share updates and instructions from top management.

10. Responsible for managing Heavy Duty Drivers and fleet for fuel distribution process.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business.
• Computer literate.
• Supervisory position oil and gas terminals minimum five years. 
• Good Communication skills - verbal and written
• Thorough knowledge of Oil & Gas applications.
