Job Purpose

Responsible for all types of operations related to Sales for Mariner Lubricants Marketing by achieving marine sales targets and coordinate marine inventory in all international & local locations. Maximise profitability by achieving customer satisfaction and maintaining good relationship with all customers. 

Principal Accountabilities


Order Management
Receives and processes all orders received from ENOC customers through Oracle by raising invoices to customers and ensures that all orders are timely executed
Co-ordinates with Marine Sales Manager the preparation of orders, follow up with the production and time of dispatch
Execute marine orders on timely basis, track the progress and keep customers updated
Work on pricing as per the margin set by the Marine Sales Manager which is based on the market requirements and the type of the customers
Customer Relationship Management
Reply to customer inquiries related to product availability, prices,  providing equivalent and so on
Carry out the necessary investigations for customer complaints and coordinate with the different parties involved to resolve the issue
Understand customer requirements to enhance key customer relationships, and embrace best practice sales and operational management, reinforces the needs of the customers.

Additional Principal Accountabilities

Experience

Educational Qualification – University bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum 2 years on logistics and marine business
Excellent communication skills, written and oral, ability to develop effective internal relations. Excellent English (spoken & written)
Strong knowledge company’s marine strategy and Strong knowledge of marine operations
Excellent Teamwork skills, Excellent negotiation skills, Excellent problem-solving skills and Excellent sales skills
