Job Purpose
Execute and maintain the Knowledge Management system for the Group, facilitate and manage participation in external awards, support the implementation of business & operation excellence frameworks in the Group through consultations and assessments to foster culture of excellence. Facilitate and support the Digital Transformation initiatives for the Segment.
Principal Accountabilities
Knowledge Management:
• Establish, manage, and maintain the Knowledge Management – KNOX Portal.
• Promote and facilitate adoption of Knowledge Management methodologies and facilitate integration of key business knowledge into operating policies and procedures as applicable.
• Provide advisory services for Knowledge Management and support businesses in establishing a knowledge data base.
• Conduct workshops and interviews with business unit managers and staff to identify undocumented business information and practises that can be formalised as part of the knowledge repository.
• Support in the documentation of policies and procedures; and facilitate process redesign where applicable.
• Support departments in implementing improvement programs.
Business Excellence:
• Support the adoption of excellence frameworks and facilitate in implementation of these frameworks such as the DQA, DHDA, EFQM, Malcom Baldrige etc. under direction and guidance of the Director Group Quality & Business Excellence.
• Champion the roll out and implementation of the ENOC Excellence Framework across the Group.
• Report and present excellence assessment findings to Director Group Quality & Business Excellence and Business Managers.Facilitate, support, and manage participation in external award assessments as directed by the Director GQBE.
• Develop and maintain a database of awards won by ENOC Group entities.
Additional Principal Accountabilities
Digital Transformation - DT
• As a member of the GQBE DT Taskforce, coordinate, and support activities of the team in digital discoveries and execution of DT roadmaps.
• Support and facilitate DT initiatives implementation
• Facilitate in the adoption of technological changes for value realization.
• Facilitate in the tracking, review and reporting of DT programs
• Support in fostering DT culture development
• Support and facilitate the team in effective change management, team engagement and digital upskilling
Excellence Culture & Competency:
• Facilitate in capability development and building competency for Business Excellence by conducting, training & certifying employees on Excellence Models such as EFQM, DQA, DHDA etc.
• Drive the creation, sharing and application of both existing & new knowledge to facilitate business and operational excellence ensuring alignment to ENOC’s Knowledge Management Pillars.
• Design customized workshops for BUs focused on achieving their strategic goals through Business and Operational Excellence.
• Maintain a document management system through effective use of the Quality Portal and other IT based application.
Experience
Education:
• A graduate degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a relevant discipline.
• Masters’ degree in Business Administration or Quality Management will be an
advantage.
Experience:
• 8 years’ experience in a senior supervisory role, out of which at least 5 years should
have been in Quality or Business Excellence or a similar role.
