Job Purpose
The job holder plays a key role in consolidating and analyzing the day to day activities pertaining to treasury activities of STP in coordination with Group Treasury. In addition, provides effective support to Manager –Cash Management on cash management system and Segment Liquidity Management.
Principal Accountabilities

Treasury and Banking
- Monitors and analyses planning & executing efficient utilization of various bank facilities available to the company.
- Analyses availability of trade finance products viz. L/C’s, Bonds, Guarantees, Avalisations & Murahaba’s to support the sourcing of feedstock for refinery and various products for trading
- Develops daily cash flow statement, incorporating all the complexities of supplier invoices.
- Monitors cash-flow movements of STP for optimization of resources at minimum cost.
- Analyze accounting of all treasury transactions in a systematic manner for providing various MIS and analysis.
- Ensure synchronization of banking systems with the Company’s ERP for seamless recording of transaction flows.
- Make timely & accurate payments of high value to all suppliers of STP thereby enjoying liberal credit terms from suppliers.
- Follow up with customers on timely receipt of funds against supplied products.
- Develops monthly Bank Reconciliation to ensure accurate recording of all transactions.
- Analyze treasury transactions between STP and other group companies and ensure timely settlement of Principle & interest.
- Ensure compliance of all major Conditions Precedent in the loan documentation to ensure timely financial closure and drawdown.
- Develops comprehensive STP Treasury Report ensure timely submission of the same.
- Develops other un-structured / ad-hoc Treasury information reports as required by various stakeholders.
- Systems Review
- Consolidates requirements for treasury related application across the Segment.
- Responsible to conduct User Acceptance Testing of the system to ensure that it meets the requirements.
- Insurance & Claims administration
- Compute and provide all annual policy renewal values and periodic declarations as applicable.
Audit & Compliance
- Supports the audit process while dealing with the various Auditors such as the external, internal and Govt. auditors to resolve the queries raised by such auditors on various treasury aspects of the company.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures of ENOC Group for effective governance
Additional Principal Accountabilities
Experience
Educational Qualification: A university graduate in Finance/Accounting.
Experience: 2 to 4 years.
System Skills: ERP system exposure, MS Office
