Job Purpose

Under the supervision of the Manager, Fuel Services Clerk processes collection of cheques from the cusotmer and submitting them to them to the bank as well as card applications in the system. Job Holder distributes select cards, maintain cards records, process hot cards, process renewal of cards, and provides solutions to card related problems.

Principal Accountabilities

Front Office Help Desk 
- Welcoming walk in Customers 
- Handling queires and complaints 
- Routing of non card related queires to concerned for easy resolution of customer issues
- Issuing the receipts for the cheques
Card Delivery
- Delivering cards to customers 
- Receiving cards letter application fro new, damage, lost, etc and receipting 
Cheque collection At head office 
- Receiving and receipting of cheques from walk-in customers 
- receiping of cheque recieved through mails, courier and any other channels
- Entering cheques of commercial customers, insurances, DOC anf misellaneous
Maintaining Customer Accounts 
- off set the payment amount related invoice and to the correct customer account 
- inform the collection team delay in payments and providing payment list of customers 
- Provide the exact amount to the customers for payment and adjusting to correct invoice 
Banking of cheques 
- Remitting the daily chequs payments by preparing remittance report and reconcilling with cheques
- Banking of cheques in co-ordination with F&A 
Maintaing Records 
- PDC Cheques records 
- Sorting and arrainging of Delivery Letter Customer vies daily 
Attending Calls
- Handling cards information and delivery of card calls 
- Attending all calls against select card payments, select card requests and ENOC/EPPCO Retail Sites in enquiry and problems resolution

Experience

Education: High School with minimum of 4 - 5 years experience in front-end customer handling in a professional environment or Diploma or Degree with 1 - 2 years in the customer front 
Computer skills: MS office package and Oracle applications 
Language & Writing Skills: Spoken & Written English and Arabic
