Job Purpose

Job Purpose
This role is responsible for a portfolio of Tasjeel accounts (Medium to large) for achieving and exceeding the agreed targets through identifying acquiring,managing and developing new and current existing Tasjeel fleet accounts.
Responsibilities for the management of each customer account include forging strong relations with the fleet team; analysing fleet patterns requirements, negotiation of contracts,including pricing, credit and contractual terms.

To manage the implementationof the annual and long-term business and tactical customer action plans for all these accounts.
To also support identification and evaluation of economically viable business proposals and opportunities for Tasjeel; Financial Closures for various Projects (as and when requested). Manages the Fleet Supervisor and SalesRepresentatives and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitabilityand growth in line with Tasjeel company vision and values. Also manages rental activities to increase income and optimise the revenue potential of the location including getting the best market value for the space leased.

Principal Accountabilities

Manages fleet accounts in the UAE in terms of service provision, credit follow ups, payment receivable etc.

Achieves sales and revenue growth by increasing the market share of Tasjeel Select card holder and E cash cards with in the UAE.

Plans and implements the agreed strategy, business objective and actions in the assigned sector in order to optimize the profitability, volume mix for the tasjeel channel and trade in the UAE.

Formulates a sales plan for key customers. Conducts Market mapping with regard to market competitors and the acquired accounts along with the percentage and the revenue incremental in retail stations sales through Select Cards, Carries out due diligence for feasibility studies/ Project appraisal for the various business proposals for Tasjeel.

Develops comprehensive financial models for economic and sensitivity analysis.


Ensures that the right approach is used for the valuation of various types of clients including non-conventional valuation models.

Ascertains correct cost forecasts and monitor's expenditure maintenance within budgetary norms.

Ensures that all nominations for Tasjeel to be communicated to operation staffs at the sites and see all orders are timely executed.

Monitor and identify areas where sales targets are interlinked with other departments on installation of facilities and the delivery of products.

Creates a customer-focused environment. Keeps actively involved with customer presentations, validation and the preparation of proposals.

Cultivates relationships with key contacts within assigned
account base. Manages the Annual Customer Strategy and Quarterly Strategy Updates.

Conducts spot surveys and studies on each new customer and acquired account.

Regularly monitors customer contracts and updates market intelligence data.

Cooperates with operation and conducts regular analysis of the fleet volume and update of the competitor activities in the market as well as customer reports, Handles VIP customers and Authorities.

Monitors sales and collection teams' performance on monthly basis.

Track fraud cases within the sites and customers, and ensue a proper follow-up.

Design and develop incentive programs aimed at rewarding and recognizing high productively employees.

Manages the approval process of deactivation and activation of customers who do not affect payment or cross credit limits.

Ensures effective implementation of marketing plans as needed.

Develop proposals to upgrade all existing services and facilities in line with the market trends, customer requirements.

Develop market research to optimize the lease rent, and maintain close working relationships with all tenants, contractors and partners.

Manage leasing activities of all vacant shops and insurance space in Tasjeel sites.

Responsible for the negotiation, review and execution of all new contracts/agreements with third parties who would like to
partner or set up their business within our (Tasjeel network) premises as directed by Sales & Marketing Manager in line with Tasjeel strategy.

Ensure legal requirements, agreements and regulations are complied with existing government requirements and regulations.

Recommend new business possibilities or partnership internally (within Tasjeel network) and provide all legal support as required to make the business proposition feasible in terms of approval etc.

Manage all new third party leasing contracts/agreements to ensure full compliance to fit Tasjeel business and EHS Standards.

Maintain active all social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Website and Instagram.

Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

Participating in different events connects to fleet management.

Experience

Bachelor business administration, Sales, Marketing.
Minimum 8-10 years of sales and marketing Experience.
Knowledge of Fleet / Vehicle Management requirements. Knowledge of Business / Industrial companies in UAE.
Knowledge of competitor's strength.
